Miranda Gray originally outlined the Womb Tree meditation in her book ‘Red Moon’ first published in 1994. She has worked personally with the meditation since then, adapting it to the flow of energy and awareness it awakens, and trying to understand what happens and how to hold the connection it creates with the Divine Feminine. It has not been an easy journey and has been full of challenges -physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. The meditation has become a big part of her personal development and her spiritual path, and at the beginning of this year shefelt ready to share it with others.
Miranda has over 10 years experience as a healer and energy teacher and channel. Through her exploration of the Womb Tree meditation she was inspired to create a sequence of energy awakenings to pass the energy on to others in what became the Womb Blessing.
There are many ways to connect to the Divine Feminine and the healing energies, using the Womb Blessing meditation and the attunement or initiation sequence is simply one approach. It is an approach that can be taught, enabling women to pass on the Womb Blessing themselves as ‘Moon Mothers’ and in this way spread the energy further and to more women.
When she first launched the invitiation in February to the first Womb Blessing she thought that perhaps 50 women would respond. She hasbeen amazed and delighted at the number of women who registered for the February Womb blessing and are still registering to join the next one. On the day of the first ever worldwide Womb Blessing we were over 6,000 women from 80 countries, joining together to share feminine energy and receive blessings and attunement. In October 2016 the Womb Blessing family consisted of almost 140,000 women from over 150 countries worldwide….. What a powerful thing to be a part of.
