Anna Maria Rugarli out of Italy is such a woman. Mom of two, and a huge inspiration of how to get into a work-life balance, she is the CSR manager of VF, President of the European Outdoor Conservation Association, and a huge specialist of environmental and supply chain issues in the sporting goods industry, apparel, footwear and equipment. The heart connection with Anna Maria took place the first time we met. Since then, our discussions couldn’t be more enriching. Anna Maria is one of these ladies of our world, whom, thanks to her discipline, generosity and love for the world, helps not only her brands, but also the brands from the Outdoor Industry to come into more understanding of how to produce more eco-friendly and harm less our precious nature and workers !
