Boris Purushottama Grebenshikov: Life is great

In my opinion Boris Purushottama Grebenshikov (born 1953) is one of the greatest contemporary singers in Russia. I met him the first time in a retreat in Malaysia, where he also performed for Sri Chinmoy and got his spiritual name Purushottama. I took the opportunity to speak with him about his singing career (see vimeo video). On another occasion I could witness his talent during a private performance he gave in August 2007 where he sang together with flutist Premik Russell in Queeens, NY, in front of Sri Chinmoy and 2000 seekers and guests from around the world (see YouTube video). Each time I see Boris Grebenshikov, I am amazed by the soulfulness of his voice and the depth of his message.
