To me, of all the mantras, of all the wonderful things you can think, say or feel, saying “Thank you” is one of the most effective and wonderful statements, mantras and prayers you can say. So I would like to talk to you about it now. All right?
Some may say, “But what should I be thanking you for? What could I be thankful for? For what could I say thank you? I’m in pain, I’m lonely, I’m unhappy, I’m hungry. I know that this may be the common response of many people. But I want to say something to you: it doesn’t work like that.
