This beginning of the year was not easy. Maybe you feel that everything is going very fast, things are accelerating and you can not control everything.
Breathe. Let go.
The time has come to embrace the changes and inspirations that are offered to you, in order to create a new state of being to give birth to your luminous essence.
A state of being where you can feel confident, loved and supported by yourself and the world around you. A state of being where you allow yourself to live your truth.
Stay away from useless chatter to make room for silence. Calm your thoughts and listen to the messages of your soul. Go back to the heart of your heart, hear its beats. It communicates its wisdom to you through its universal and benevolent love vibrations.
The feminine energy of this powerful Moon invites you to connect to this intuitive and gentle place, in the center of your body and that you can reach every moment when you feel the need.
Get in touch with your inner Goddess, your Holy Warrior, your wild Amazon. Gain in them the strength you need to break the chains that weigh you so you can fly lightly.
Reconnect to your brothers and sisters, to create the world of tomorrow.
And if it’s too difficult? Sit down, let go of yourself and join the universal current. Trust, forget what you just think and let things follow their natural course.
What do you want to do now?
To let yourself be carried by the waves?
Or swim against the current?
Let yourself be inspired by the magnificent whale, carrier of memories of the world, able to live a hundred years. Observe its quiet power, weightlessness in the ocean, connected to his clan through sensitive vibrations. You do not have to live in a fight in your environment.
No anger, no war. Only peace.
Close your eyes, listen to the silence.
Everything is here.

The champion diver and Russian scientist Natalia Avseenko (36) from Moscow jumped at -1 degrees in an ice hole in the White Sea and 11 swam without breathing at the Russian north coast with the Beluga whales. Scientists believe that the synthetic materials of the diving suits and the sound of the diving bottles keep the shy whales from swimming with humans.
