Three weeks ago on the market of Die, a young woman accompanied by her 3 or 4 year old daughter was surrounded by a squad of gendarmes who wanted to take her and her daughter to the station because she had no mask and politely refused to put one on … When they were about to take her away, a carnival man took off his mask and told the cops that if they wanted to embark the young woman, he would be taken away too… and this gesture, coming from a heartfelt impulse, was taken up by other carnival men… all of them took off their masks!…the result: the policemen left empty-handed and destabilized… like what, it only takes a spark to light a fire.
