Ride for Shift Camp…

When i think about those days we shared up in beautiful laax I recall some words sung by natural mystic Bob Marley: “Open your eyes and look witihin”. With a bunch of truly amazing people, put together by our own natural mystic, a splendid shining powerful amazing woman – Coco Tâche-Berther – that I’m so grateful to know and thankful for all the beauty she puts out in the world. Moment after moment, we’ve been opening our inner vision and seeing the boarders of reality expand. The Ride for Shift camp has been a laboratory where we’ve explored experiencing life at a a deeper level of connection. Every morning, with the rising sun, we’ve awakened our senses and our energy through the incredible energizing kundalini yoga sessions offered by the very special teacher Coco. Waking in my soft comfy bad at Rockresort Laax I would breath in, breath out, and roll down to find myself on a yoga mat: opening my inner eyes and my heart to a pillar of light starting in the centre of the earth and pulling me up to reach the clouds, the sun and the higher energies of the skyes. Stretching my muscles and awakening my cells to a new day in a totally lovely way. Next step: breakfast, 100% vegan like all the food we had during the Camp. Being a 90% vegan myself, this has been a real treat and another confirmation that a vegan diet can open our eyes and bellies to such a bountiful, juicy, delicious dimension of eating, in full respect of mother nature. Fruits, nuts, rice and almond milk, organic local veggies grown, tofu, seitan and so much more… Yummy, nourishing and leaving us so light and feeling good inside-out after every lunch! Thank you Gusti, our very unique special vegan guest, straight from Laax, for the loving food you offered us. And than we kept exploring our own relationships to the world, from the ways we wake up to a new day to the food we eat, up to the ways we walk through the woods. We’ve been stimulated to break our habits&patterns and through those cracks let some light, air and awesomeness come in and bring in new fresh experiences and inspirations. We’ve been taught a lot my an amazing human being who likes to walk on the earth with gentle bare feet. The name of this young man is Vögi and he guided us through the natural landscapes of Laax in a truly magical manner. Vögi taught us to calm down, to let go of words, to connect to trees and birds, plants and stones, to slow down and just feel. “We’re meant to walk through life in circles”, connected to a round harmonious peaceful shape and not like a loud caotic crowd of assholes. Sina Candrian too, that not only is an amazing snowboarder but also a truly special soul, shared her love for her native region and brought us to swim in the pristine caribbean like waters of Caumasee where we also had a chance to do some stand up paddling as a magical storm was breaking in: thrilling adventure. Connecting: to nature, to ourselves, to each other. Through Qigong, guided by the energy master Iker Aguirre, we’ve tuning in sublte bodies and energy fields… Quite an adventure too, thank you Iker and Laurent “Pepe” Perrault for sharing your passion around the subject. Energy that the next day we’ve been experiencing in a special place considered immensely powerful, on a hilltop in Laax where a lot of Menirs built by the celts where put in order to signal natural energetic lines and axes. And than again life is all about connecting and relating to one another, getting to know how we open up to people or how we protect ourselves and get isolated. We connected through a special dancing space I offered, Dancing Freedom, where the dancefloor becomes a space for deep self exploration and the dance a meditation. At Ride for Shift Camp  it’s been a matter of connecting and getting to know one another, learning to trust, to let go of fears and masks, to open up and look at one another through the eyes of love. I recall so many magical people and special moments… The fantastic Flow Master Anna Linda Hultstrom, a very powerful feminine embodiement that lives for the shift, flows in the shift and spreads inspiration around the world. The delicate, yet strong and peaceful Vanessa Beucher, journalist like me and photographer for 7skymagazine. Bruno Poireir, the nicest guy ever, instant friend, who opens inner visions through beautiful conscious documentaries and coaching programs.  The magical fairy Alice, a young swiss model beautiful in so many ways. Simon Hofmann, a soft and sweet soul riding for shift for Swisscom. The amazing shining chica argentina-madrileña Valeria Kechichian, funder of Longboard Girls Crew, that shared humour, love and laughter with everyone: contageous energy! Peter and Christine Waeber, funders of the eco certificate Bluesign, officially riding for a better world: I truly fell in love with their soft and friendly hearts. Talented swiss snowboarders Nadja Purtschert, Pat Burgener and Max Buri that showed their beauty by playing guitars and singing for us. And than beautiful and curious young people like, Anthony, Nicole and Fiona; open to discover new possibilities to grow in this world… And so many other amazing and special beings (including Tosca Waeber that coordinated most of the camp was connected from the Polineasian Islands)! Thank you all for taking part in the circle and for making it more precious by your presence. Let’s keep connected to the true purpose of being alive, connected to ourselves, to others and to nature through love, let’s Ride for Shift and make the movement move…
